1. Opening Session: 10-10:30am

• Welcome and Introduction to Seasonal Serenity Retreat
• Brief Overview of Agenda and Objectives

2. Presenter Sessions (3 hours)

3. Break (15 minutes) 1-1:15pm

• We take a short break to stretch, grab refreshments, or engage in self-care activities.

4. Closing Session (45 minutes) 1:15-2:00pm

• Reflection and Integration: Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on key insights and takeaways from the presenter sessions.
• Q&A Panel: Presenters reconvene for a panel discussion, where participants can ask questions and engage in dialogue with the experts.
